Entry Form for the Spring Show

The entry fee is 20p per exhibit. Challenges are free of charge
Exhibitors are reminded that entries must be according to Schedule and that submission of an entry will be deemed as acceptance of the Rules.
If you are putting more than one entry in a class please use one line per entry
We would like you to identify the varieties of entries in all sections of the show. Cards will be available at staging time.
To assist us when preparing the space for entries for the pot plants would you please give the size of spread of the plant over the size of the plant pot on your entry form.
Stewards will be pleased to help during the staging.
